We do small remodeling jobs as well as lots of Service and Repair Plumbing. Some the types of work we perform include:

• upgrade gutless old disposers
• install instant hot-water makers
• service and replace water heaters
• replace faucets
• replace toilets
• repair leaky drain pipes
• repair tub and shower valves
• unclog drains

If your heating system needs service, I can hire or refer you to a licensed heating contractor to remedy the problem.

Service Agreements
After your main concerns have been taken care of during my plumbing visit, I suggest you have me do a Service Agreement Inspection ($125.00 & good for one year). Often I can spot and estimate other likely trouble down the road. If you call me back within the year you receive 10% off that repair bill.

Efficiency Saves Money
As an Accredited Green Plumber I can also evaluate your energy and water use and offer suggestions to conserve water and lessen climate pollution.

You Know in Advance
I carefully diagnose your plumbing concerns and put the repair/replacement estimates in writing so that you know ahead of time what the job will cost. The trip out, including the diagnostic time, is a non-refundable $100.
